Active shipping to all 27 EU member states, the United Kingdom, Pakistan and Turkey. Other non-EU destinations are assessed individually for regulatory compliance.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment verification. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays enter the dispatch queue on the next business day.

Section 04

Packaging & Stability

Lyophilized materials are stored in our EU lab under strict −20 °C protocols and shipped vacuum-sealed, desiccated and anonymised. Recipients should refrigerate or freeze immediately upon receipt per the storage protocol shown on each product page.

Tracking

Shipment tracking is provided via our carrier integration (DHL · FedEx · PostNL). Tracking numbers are sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Damaged Shipments

If a shipment arrives damaged, contact our team within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Replacement or refund is issued subject to lot availability.

Return Policy

Due to the analytical nature of reference materials, products cannot be returned once shipped unless defective on receipt. See Section 06.
