Tesamorelin
Tesamorelin is a synthetic peptide analogue of Growth Hormone-Releasing Hormone (GHRH), consisting of 44 amino acids with a trans-3-hexenoic acid modification at the N-terminus. This modification enhances metabolic stability and bioavailability compared to endogenous GHRH.
